A luxurious two floors Penthouse Apartment of 140 m2 is an imposing residence located in the heart of Okrug Gornji’s neighborhood. With its futuristic organic architecture design, modern interior spaces, and high-end finishes it represents a significant shift in inexperience of a high-quality vacation.
The interior consists of a spacious living room with an open floor kitchen and dining area, a large balcony on the first floor and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a roof terrace of 52 m2 on the second floor with a gazebo.  Bedrooms are skillfully designed and spacious, contemporarily furnished, with a touch of luxury. Outdoor areas include a swimming pool, shaded dining and seating areas, outdoor terraces and balconies.
The area is an ideal base for many activities, including swimming and diving at one of the local beaches.  Ancient cities: Trogir, Split, Solin, Šibenik and Zadar are short and easy driving distance by car, as well as National Parks: Krka and Kornati (reachable by boat). Famous beaches are located all around the Čiovo island, as well as other attractive villages with cafés and restaurants.
For our guests, we provide 2 parking spaces in the back yard. The apartment is air-conditioned and has wi-fi access.
